EXCHANGE POLICY: We accept exchanges on most items. When giving a gift, we know, in some instances, you are taking a chance. In Store Purchases; Non-Clearance items purchased in store may be exchange for an item of equal or greater value within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by the original receipt, gift box, and appraisal (if provided). Closeouts, clearance items, special orders, altered pieces and custom pieces are not exchangeable. Gift recipients will be issued a store credit only. Online purchases; Any item purchased through the online store may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value within 10 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by the purchase invoice, gift box, appraisal (if provided), and return authorization from the ALANA website manager. Returning shipping rates and/or labels will not be provided by ALANA. Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization. Exchanged items will be shipped once the returned order is received at ALANA.
RETURN POLICY: In Store Purchases; Non-clearance items purchased in store may be returned within 30 days of purchase, for store credit only. Closeouts, clearance items, special orders, altered pieces and custom pieces are not exchangeable or returnable. Store credits and Reward balances are not redeemable for cash. Cash refunds are not issued. Online purchases; Any item purchased through the online store may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by the purchase invoice, gift box, appraisal (if provided), and return authorization from the ALANA website manager. Returning shipping rates and/or labels will not be provided by ALANA. Contact: email@example.com for return authorization. Once ALANA receives the return package, notification by email will be sent regarding the refund process. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ALANA (typically 3-5 business days).
SHIPPING Terms: ALANA offers complimentary shipping on orders $400.00 or more. Fixed flat rate of $50.00 for shipping and handling on orders below $400.00. For all standard shipments within the United States, we use the United States Postal Services, Ground method-registered and insured with a required signature upon receipt. We ship Monday through Friday. There are no refunds for items damaged during transit, you will have to file a claim with the carrier. The risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped will pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping addresses that differ from billing addresses will be held for 15-20 days for additional authentication. Please consider the added shipping time for orders with differing billing and shipping addresses. In store pick up is also available upon request for online orders. Please note an approximate pick up date in the "Special Instructions" box.
DELIVERABLE Areas: At this time, ALANA Antique & Estate jewelry ships merchandise to locations only within the United States and U.S.territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and not to other international locations.
SALES TAX: ALANA Antique & Estate Jewelry is required to charge Washington State Sales tax of 10.1% for merchandise purchased in store or ordered online and shipped within Washington State.
